Import previous expense data form another platform. The columns must be in the following order:

Date: The date of the transaction, in ISO format, eg: 2020-01-22.
Amount: The amount of the transaction, as a float (no currency symbol), eg: 123.45
Description: A description of the transaction. The should not contain the " character as the CSV parser is very simple.
Category: The major category of the expense.
Sub-Category: The sub category of the expense.
